About the Role
We are hiring field agents to distribute official commercial notices to owners, facility managers, and business occupants of commercial buildings across Lagos. This is a field operations role. Your job is to visit commercial properties, hand over official notices, explain their purpose briefly, and record verified contact details for follow-up.
What You Will Do
- • Visit commercial buildings, plazas, and office complexes in assigned areas across Lagos.
- • Deliver official notices directly to property owners, facility managers, or administrative heads.
- • Spend about 10 to 15 minutes per visit to introduce the notice and answer basic questions.
- • Collect and log verified contact details (full name, phone number, and official email).
- • Meet the daily target of delivering 20 to 30 valid notices per day.
Who We Are Looking For
- • Based in Lagos and available for the mandatory 2-day in-person training in Victoria Island.
- • Clear, polite, and confident communication skills.
- • An active Android or iOS smartphone with internet access for logging field reports.
- • Comfortable walking and navigating commercial areas during working hours.
- • Prior experience in field operations, direct outreach, or data collection is welcome, but not compulsory.
Compensation Structure (Total Monthly Potential: Up to ₦205,000)
- • Weekly Living Allowance (₦30,000 / month): Paid out every Friday (₦7,500 weekly) to cover daily transport and mobile data.
- • Monthly Notice Delivery Pay (Up to ₦120,000 / month): Earn for every valid notice delivered, plus daily completion bonuses. Paid monthly.
- • Performance Incentives (Up to ₦55,000 / month): Extra earnings based on verified building responses and completed client follow-ups.
Full rate breakdowns, daily milestones, and bonus tiers will be explained in detail during the 2-day in-person training in Victoria Island.
